About Me

I am Sun Yufei.

It is hard to define who I am, but in my own eyes, I am a son, a brother, a partner, an egalitarian and a political scientist.(Obliviate~)

“As a family member”, this will always be my most important identity.

As an egalitarian, I am concerned and act on the equality of identities, but still seek in different contradictions.

As a political scientist, my research interests include political discourse, local governance in China (also focusing on the politics of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) and political psychology. I specialize in using data science to study social science issues, and I am a “Github Campus Expert”. As a proponent of open science, I am dedicated to fostering an environment in which scientific research can be conducted and shared openly and equitably, thereby enabling all individuals to reap the benefits of scientific progress. To this end, I am honored to have been appointed as an Open Science Ambassador for the Center for Open Science.

As a faculty member, I work at Tsinghua University International Student and Scholar Center and Tsinghua University Library, responsible for the management of international students and the promotion of open science practices at Tsinghua University. I have worked as a practicing assistant director at the Finance Office of Ordos, Inner Mongolia as an unpaid position.

很难定义我是谁，但在我自己眼中，我是一位儿子、一位哥哥、一位伴侣，一个平等主义者和一个政治学学者。

“作为一位家人”，这永远是我最重要的身份。

作为一个平等主义者，我关注和行动于身份的平等，但仍在不同矛盾中求索。

作为一位政治科学学者。我的研究兴趣包括政治话语、中国地方治理（亦关注港澳台政治）和政治心理学。我擅长使用数据科学的方法研究社会科学议题，我是Github网站的一名“Campus Expert”。我致力于推动“开放科学”实践，让每一位民众都无门槛的从科学研究中受益，我在Center for Open Science担任“开放科学大使”的无给职。

作为一名打工人，我任职于清华大学国际学生学者中心和清华大学图书馆，负责国际学生的管理以及推动清华大学的开放科学实践。我曾在鄂尔多斯市金融办公室担任主任助理的实践无给职。
